Independent Monitoring

It is a requirement of EASA Design and Production Organization Approvals, and of AS9100 generally, that the Design and Production functions should be audited by qualified persons who are independent of the process. In the case of smaller organizations it can be difficult to allocate this role to persons who are truly independent. AeroSynergy can provide a qualified Lead Auditor, experienced in a broad range of Aerospace disciplines, who can perform this function.

SWS Certification, who certified the below cabin interiors, is one of 3 DOAs for whom AeroSynergy is the EASA approved auditor.

AeroSynergy will:

  • Review your procedures and create an audit plan meeting EASA expectations
  • Conduct the audits according to the schedule and supply detailed written reports and Non compliance reports.
  • Perform the follow up reviews to close the findings
  • Provide summary findings data and a compliance check of your procedures against Part 21 for your annual Quality Management Reviews.

AeroSynergy currently provides the CAA  (Form 4) approved auditor for two UK based Design Organization Approval Holders and one ADOA/POA/MOA approval holder.
