EASA Approvals

Aerospace companies wishing to design, manufacture and certificate aircraft, engines or propellers in Europe, require Design Organization Approval (DOA) and Production Organization Approval (POA). This also applies for modifications and repairs to these products. Companies wishing to obtain EASA Authorization for an appliance covered by CS-ETSO specifications need an ‘Alternative Procedure DOA.’

AeroSynergy has developed Model Manuals designed to meet the DOA, ADOA for ETSO Authorizations and POA requirements of EASA Part 21, UK CAA BCARs and also meeting the requirements of AS9100.

The Model Manual can be adapted to the needs of your aerospace company, whether it is producing whole products, or modifications and repairs to those products or ETSO appliances.

The AeroSynergy Model Manual provides a quick and cost-effective route to developing workable and compliant procedures which will greatly ease the application for approvals.

The manuals are constantly being updated to keep abreast of regulatory changes.

Recent Changes to the Manual:

• Operational Suitability Data (OSD) to Reg 2014/069.

• Flight Test Operations Manual to Reg 2015/1039.

• Safety Management System (SMS) extended to include Design and Production per ICAO Annex 19.

• New, self-contained, ADOA Manual, plus supporting forms and engineering standards for Subpart O approval.
